    - tourists pay for 5 star hotel in Sydney, but they are taken to stay in 3.5 or 4 star hotel in Parramatta, and they are told that the place they are at is central Sydney!
    - when they go to Surfers Paradise, they stay in Coolongatta and are told that they are in Surfers Paradise, and told that the lights in the distance (the real Surfers Paradise) are Brisbane.
    - all the tours they are taken on are free stuff such as outside the Opera House, Mrs Macquarie's Chair, Bondi Beach,
    - they are constantly take through expensive stores which pay kickbacks to the tour operators
    - "the guide tells them to hand over all their tickets and passports and money to lock in hoel safe for safety's sake" - then the tourists are under control and can't wander off and do their own shopping
    - "The elderly and the very young .. are told they must pay an 'age tax' to get into Australia'
    - The guides tell the tourists "don't go into local shops. Australians don't like Chinese - they will swindle you or ask you to leave their shop"
